This is an exciting 360 Recruitment Consultant role within transport and logistics.
You will be responsible for generating new business from leads and sales activity, then sourcing and filling the positions with the support of a strong database and an excellent back office team.
You will need a dynamic and pragmatic approach to generating business. Success in this role will come from putting in consistent sales activity, having an excellent customer service manner and showing a genuine care and concern for the requirements of both your clients and your candidates.

Following up and closing business
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Data entry & admin
