Due to steady growth our clients require experienced Administrators to support the Transport & Distribution teams in a temporary full-time capacity. This role will be Monday to Friday working a 38+ hour week- must be flexible with hours as they may vary.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Receive and dispatch administration and support
  • Attending to customer enquiries
  • Reviewing and processing of accounts receivables / accounts payable
  • Customer service
  • Data Entry
  • Adhoc duties

You will have:

  • 2 + years Transport and Logistics administration experience needed 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team and individually to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate word and Excel skills
  • A positive attitude 
  • Flexible nature 
  • Team player but also an independent performer
