Driver Hire are expanding in Adelaide, looking for an expereinced Blue Collar Recruitment Consultants to join the team. This is an exciting 360 role, and will be pivotal to the business' future growth & success, but will also open progression paths for the successful candidate.
You will generate new business from leads, networking and sales activity. You will source candidates and fill positions with the support of an excellent back office team. Your remit will cover the full range of both blue and white-collar, temporary and permanent roles.
Ideally, you will have experience within a recruitment sales environment and be hungry for success. This is a growth business with huge ambition and we are looking to develop the next generation of leaders and managers to open new offices.
You will be dynamic and pragmatic in your approach to generating sales and growing your accounts. Success in this role will come from consistent sales activity, networking and offering excellent customer services to both clients and candidates.
