Our client is currently looking to expand their transport operations team with the support of a Transport Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will assist with all daily administration activities for all Sydney  road transport requirements.     

Key duties performed by this role include:

  • Provide support to the operations team with accurate data entry and manifesting skills in a fast-paced environment 
  • Professional telephone manner and commitment to providing exceptional data entry skills
  • Work in a team environment
  • Experienced transport person in a similar role is preferred. 
  • Monday – Friday
  • Temp to perm opportunity


To be successful for this position you must be able to demonstrate and meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in the Administration area of road transport.
  • Good knowledge of the Sydney metro area.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High-level of interpersonal skills, including time management and dealing with high volumes of paperwork.
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening.
  • Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency with unrestricted working rights
