Michael Arancibia
Senior Recruitment Consultant – Melbourne

Michael joined Driver Hire with a degree in Commerce and Business Administration. Prior to Driver Hire he worked for “Grilled” where he was a Team Leader. He had 6 months experience recruiting street marketeers part time, but other than that was new to the industry.

Micheal joined us as a Recruitment Coordinator where he excelled at filling vacancies with some of our larger customers.

Many hours of training and development later, and Michael was promoted to a 360 Recruitment Consultant where he learned the Recruitment trade from a sales perspective, which he excelled at. So much so, that he was promoted again in January 2021, this time to Senior Recruitment Consultant.

With great ambition and dedication and an excellent work ethic, Michael has proved an asset to Driver Hire and has a great career ahead of him.
