PRODUCTION LABOURERS – ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER APPLICANTS ONLY

Your New Company:

Driver Hire is a leading transport, logistics and labour hire recruitment company offering competitive pay rates and opportunities for ongoing work.

We are looking for Production Labourers for positions located in Bundamba.

These roles are open to Aboriginal and Torres Islander applicants only.

Your New Job:

Your new role will consist of the operation of production equipment (cut off saws, band saws and Dilling Machines), assembly of components with assorted handheld power tools and manual handling.

 The work is Monday to Friday with 0700am starts and occasional overtime.

Desirable requirements:

*A minimum 1 years’ experience in a labouring/production/manufacturing role is preferable

*Ability to count stock numbers and read assembly drawings

*MUST BE reliable and punctual

*Experience with power/hand tools and the ability to measure and cut

*MUST HAVE Current Driver’s Licence and own reliable transport

*A current Forklift licence is desirable but not essential

*$32.00 per hour + overtime (penalties) + super
