Forklift Operator and Yard Hand

Driver hire is seeking a reliable, punctual and an expereinced Forklift driver who is motivated to work as a Yard Hand. As a Yard Hand you'll play a key role in the day to day operations, from handling materials to operating tools and machinery to help with the smooth running of the operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate euipment like demo sawa, 5- inch grinders, pedestal sheers and more
• Assist in the loading and unloading of the white goods
• Maintai an OHS compliant site

What we are loooking for:

• Forklift licence(LF) is essential
• Experience with hand tools and machinery
• Experience in the steel recycling industry, highly regarded
• MR Licence, advantageous but not essential
• Ability to read and write English confidently
• Strong work ethic - reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
