Driver Hire Perth is currently recruiting HC / MC drivers to join our client's growing team. With depots located North and South of the river, this is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking consistent weekday work and long-term potential.
These roles will commence on a casual basis, with full-time, ongoing opportunities available for the right candidates.
Details:
- Roster: Monday to Friday. Immediate start
- Hours: 8-12 hours a day
- Shifts: Morning shift = 07:00am start. Afternoon shift = 2:00pm start.
- Pay rate: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour + Super + Penalties
Duties:
- Operating a HC or MC truck for deliveries across the Perth Metro area
- Transporting refrigerated and general freight
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Current HC or MC Licence
- Minimum 12 months' metro delivery experience
- Ability to safely restrain loads
- Confident reversing ability
- Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
Highly Regarded (But Not Essential):
- MSIC Card
- Dangerous Goods Licence
- Sideloader Experience
- Forklift Ticket
- HIAB / Crane Ticket
- Road Ranger Gearbox Experience
