We are now seeking a Trade Retail Assistant for a trade company (building products) in Ballarat, assisting with customer service & stock handling in the warehouse.
Day Shift: Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Duties:
- Provide customer service via phone, email & in-person
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Merchandise and replenish products in-store
About You:
- Valid Car licence
- Customer Service savvy & knowledge of heavy lifting practices
