Due to our continued growth and expansion plans we are now looking for a superstar in Tasmania

What does the role involve?

You will be responsible for managing the business in Tasmania, including;

Identifying and winning new business and clients by cold calling, following leads and networking your contacts. Building ongoing client relationships through regular meetings
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing loyal customers
Advertising, interviewing and recruiting to maintain a pool of available candidates
Recruiting, training and mentoring internal staff
Delivering financial results

As a new Driver Hire Branch Manager you will be supported with ongoing training and guidance allowing you to learn the skills and gain the knowledge to become an essential part of the management team.

What do you need to be successful?

Ability to grow the branch through new business sales
Drive to acheive, passion, enthusiasm and a "Can Do" attitude
Energy and determination
Strong knowledge of the local transport market in Tasmania
Process driven high level attention to detail
Excellent levels of customer service
Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients

Experience of sales, recruitment or logistics would be an advantage
