About the role
This senior recruitment role combines new business development, client management, and leadership. You’ll run the full recruitment cycle, grow your own client portfolio, and play a key role in shaping the future of the Adelaide branch.
What you’ll do
- Win and grow new business
- Manage key client relationships
- Recruit, onboard, and retain quality candidates
- Maintain a compliant, reliable workforce
- Mentor consultants and deliver strong commercial results
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment and/or sales
- Strong knowledge of the Adelaide transport & logistics market
- Drive, resilience, and a genuine “can-do” attitude
- Proven ability to grow revenue and relationships
