We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Consultant to service our existing customers whilst growing the branch by winning and servicing your own portfolio of new business.

We are looking for someone who never gives up and strives to be the best at what they do.

The role?
You will manage the whole recruitment cycle, including:

Seeking & winning new business
Building client relationships
Manage existing accounts
Recruiting to maintain a pool of quality candidates
Mentoring consultants
Delivering results
Ensuring compliance

You will be supported with training, guidance and support allowing you to develop and gain the knowledge required to become an essential part of the team.

What do you need to be successful?
Key to your success will be your:

Ability to generate new business
Drive, passion and a "Can Do" attitude
3+ years of recruitment sales experience
Excellent customer service 
Ability to build strong relationships

Experience of sales, recruitment, driving or logistics would be an advantage, but equally as important to us is an aptitude to learn and a positive attitude.
