Driver Hire Australia is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a busy warehouse operation based in Wacol.

This role is suited to an operator with proven experience loading export and shipping containers, who can work efficiently while maintaining load quality and safety standards.

About the Role

• Loading and unloading shipping containers using a forklift
• Container packing and weight distribution
• Operating counterbalance forklifts
• Manual handling and freight movement as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Previous container loading experience is essential
• Experience with freight placement and load distribution
• Good level of physical fitness

Highly Regarded

• Experience loading export containers
• Warehousing and logistics experience
• Understanding of load restraint and freight handling procedures
