About the Role

Driver Hire Australia is a leading name in transport and logistics recruitment, known for delivering competitive pay and real career opportunities across casual, ongoing and permanent roles.

We’re currently seeking experienced HC Tug Drivers to join a busy and growing operation in Larapinta. This role involves working with refrigerated trailers in a fast-paced yard environment, with both day and afternoon shifts available.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Day Shift: 4:30am – 1:00pm ($41/hr + overtime + super)
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm – 10:00pm ($46.74/hr)
• Managing inbound trailer movements
• Coordinating truck and trailer allocation across site
• Safely reversing trailers onto docks (including finger docks)
• Yard work including trailer shuttling and positioning

To Be Successful, You’ll Need

• A current HC Licence
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Confidence reversing into tight dock spaces (finger docks)
• A solid driving history (last 5 years)
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
• Unlimited working rights in Australia
