We are currently seeking experienced HC Truck Drivers with Walking Floor experience to join a well-established, family-owned waste and recycling company based in Blackstone, Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused driver looking for long-term stability, great pay, and the chance to secure a permanent role.

About the Role

You will be operating a 48-foot single trailer fitted with a Walking Floor system, transporting waste and recyclable materials throughout South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating HC vehicles with a 48ft Walking Floor trailer
• Transporting waste and recyclable materials safely and efficiently
• Completing approximately 3–4 loads per shift
• Conducting daily pre-start and vehicle safety checks
• Maintaining a high standard of compliance and professionalism
• Working 8 - 12-hour shifts with early morning starts between 4:00am and 5:00am

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Current and unrestricted HC Truck Licence
• Demonstrated experience operating Walking Floor trailers
• Australian working rights
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work long shifts
• Willingness to start early and work in a fast-paced environment
• Road Ranger Experience

Preferred:

• Previous waste, recycling, or bulk haulage experience
