About the role

This is a Monday to Friday position with occasional overtime available

Key Responsibilities

• Slicing, trimming, and cutting meat to required specifications
• Identifying and working with various cuts of meat
• Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Adhering to workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures
• Assisting with general production and processing duties as required
• Contributing to a productive and efficient work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Knife Hand, Meat Processor, Butcher, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat
• Proven ability to safely and efficiently use knives and cutting equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• A proactive attitude with the ability to show initiative
• Excellent personal hygiene and food safety awareness
• A strong work ethic and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
• Reliable transport and a dependable attendance record
