Role: Forklift Driver

Locations: Marrickville, NSW

Salary: $40.00 per hour + Overtime + Super

Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Friday 07:00am - ongoing work

We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work alongside our client who is based in Marrickville, NSW. The client is a family run commercial business specialising in poultry production.   

Duties of the role:

• Operating Forklift Counterbalance moving pallets of poultry products between their Cold Storage and Production site.
• Maintain clean and orderly warehouse
• General warehousing duties  
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
• Complying to Work Health and Safety (WHS) and other operational procedures
• Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR)

Requirements of the role:

• Current Forklift Licence – Counterbalance experience is essential
• Experienced in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution setting
• Experienced in general warehousing duties  
• An up-to-date Resume
• Physically fit
• Good communication skills
• Good attention to detail and high procedural compliance
• Unlimited work rights in Australia
• Available for an immediate start
