HC Truck Driver

Your New Company:

Driver Hire is seeking an experienced Local HC Driver to join a well-recognized company in Rocklea. This role involves general freight deliveries, offering a great opportunity for a skilled driver looking for steady work with a reputable business.

Your New Role:

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, driving a prime mover with a 24-pallet tautliner, transporting general freight to depots. This role involves 5-10 local drops per shift, with deliveries extending as far as the Sunshine Coast. This is a day shift role, Monday to Friday, with shifts starting between 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and averaging 8-10 hours per day. Overtime is available, and this is an ongoing position offering steady hours. No loading required.

Requirements of this position:

• Current HC Licence

• Previous local driving experience

• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic

• Strong customer service skills

• Updated traffic history report

• Physically fit and healthy

• Understanding of WH&S (Work Health & Safety) in the workplace
