About the Company
Driver Hire is a leading recruitment agency in the transport and logistics sector, offering competitive pay rates and ongoing employment opportunities. We are currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Workers / General Labourers for roles based near Ipswich.
About the Role
This is a Monday to Friday position with occasional overtime available.
Key duties include:
• Operating production equipment such as cut-off saws, band saws, and drilling machines
• Assembling components using various handheld power tools
• Manual handling and general labouring tasks
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar production or manufacturing role
• Ability to read assembly drawings and count stock accurately
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
A current forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
