The Role
Due to our continued growth and expansion plans, our successful Melbourne North branch is now recruiting for a highly motivated Recruitment Coordinator.
As a key player in our Melbourne North branch, you’ll be advertising jobs, screening/interviewing and placing candidates into work, account managing clients, conducting safety & wellbeing checks, assisting with payroll and compliance – all while growing alongside an experienced team at our Westmeadows office.
The overarching aim for this role is to grow within our business – this is where we can provide you opportunities for promotion including Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Branch Manager & many more!

About You
- Recruitment experience is not required – we provide full training and mentoring
- Own transport and a valid driver licence
- Highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced office environment
- Relevant tertiary/qualification (business/HR/commerce etc.) is highly advantageous
