The Role
Due to our continued growth and expansion plans, our successful Melbourne North branch is now recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
We are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to boost the growth of the branch by winning/servicing your own portfolio of new business (sales pipeline creation, prospecting, tendering, rates negotiation & placing candidates), particularly with transport/logistics businesses across the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
This will be a “360” Role, covering all aspects of the business development, account management AND recruitment cycle.

About You
- Strong background with outbound sales or business development (client-facing)
- Own transport and a valid driver licence
